Kris Baillargeon
Mr. Kris Baillargeon plays an intrinsic role in all operations of the company. With experience in marketing, website development, graphic design, and process automation, Kris is involved in technological decisions, increasing productivity, employee training, business process advancements/automation, website creation/maintenance, graphic design, and client relations.
Brian Long
Mr. Brian Long is a versatile and dynamic government contracting expert with nearly two decades of experience in the field. Over the course of his career, he has contributed his expertise to large corporations such as Booz Allen Hamilton and Computer Sciences Corporation, as well as medium and small-sized enterprises. During this time Brian managed programs, performed capture efforts, and submitted proposals for the Navy, Army, Air Force, Marine Corps, Department of Homeland Security, FEMA, IRS, and others. He also has experience utilizing multiple contracting vehicles including Seaport-NxG, RS3, VETS2, OASIS, GSA, and others. Brian has taken on various responsibilities in operations, business development, and management, holding key positions like COO, VP, and Director. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Christopher Newport University and earned his MBA from The College of William and Mary.
Delvecchio Parks
Mr. Delvecchio Parks is a seasoned legal professional who specializes in contract formation, labor relations, and conflict resolution. After spending half a decade working as a lead negotiator and drafting contracts for multimillion dollar organizations and government bodies, Delvecchio is well versed in which legal protections companies need to have in place. Since joining Cervitude Intelligent Relations, Delvecchio consults CEOs and executives on executive leadership and legal business protections. In addition to his extensive legal experience, Delvecchio is well versed in brand marketing. Delvecchio holds BA in Psychology and MA in Psychology from Georgia Southern University where he graduated cum laude. He obtained a Juris Doctorate from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago.
Shrikant Singh
Masters in Network Security and Operational I.T., attendee of the Project Management Program from university of Ireland. Shrikant is an experienced professional and founding member of TechLopers. He was I.T. Advisor to Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam (11th President of India), at the ‘What Can I Give’ initiative. His more than 10 yrs. of experience and in-depth knowledge of the various domains of I.T., business planning, marketing & CRM have earned him various awards and distinctions, including the ‘Youngest Upcoming Entrepreneur’ award by Appin Technology. His intelligence is seconded only by his determination. He envisages a future where TechLopers is a major, high quality service provider to the world.
Tony Fox II
Tony Fox is a versatile professional with expertise in real estate investment and project management. With a background in engineering physics from Fordham University, Tony brings a unique blend of technical knowledge and strategic acumen to the team. Tony oversees a wide range of real estate projects, leveraging his skills in relationship building, customer service, and project finance. Additionally, Tony is actively involved in various educational and community initiatives, serving on the boards of Fairfield College Preparatory School and Greater Bridgeport Symphony.
